A Living Well for Living Well
We bridge the science of regulation with the art of renewell.
Return to Your Well Within
The world asks for constant output. Wellspring gives you a place to pause, breathe, and refill so you can return to life with strength, clarity, and connection.
Wellspring is a living well – and a way of living well.
Rest · Refill · Restore · Return
The Practice of Living Well
Wellspring is where humans come to rest, refill, restore, and return to themselves, to their truth, to their natural rhythm.
Classes
Come as you are. Leave feeling clear.
Daily rituals for living well. Classes at Wellspring are simple, grounding practices designed to help you pause, breathe, and come back into rhythm.
From breathwork and meditation to sound and gentle movement, each class supports clarity, balance, and steady flow, without pressure or performance.
Events
Moments to return, together.
Our events create shared space for rest, reflection, and renewal.
From sound baths and seasonal gatherings to full and new moon circles, these experiences invite you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect both to yourself and to community.
Programs
For deeper restoration and lasting change.
Programs at Wellspring are multi-week or multi-month journeys for those ready to restore their rhythm more fully.
They blend embodied practice, emotional integration, and guided reflection to help you move from insight into everyday living.
Not a quick fix but a return that lasts.
Private Sessions
Personal support for your return.
Private energy-healing sessions with Co-Founder & Temple Architect, Farnaz N. Reneker, offer one-on-one space to restore balance, integrate life transitions, and reconnect to your inner well.
Beneath The Surface
A well is an access point to an infinite source. So are we. Humans are made of water, and when our inner waters get stirred, we lose our clarity. Wellspring helps you come back to your inner well, where calm returns and life begins to flow again.
Our Co-Founders
The Well & The Spring
Wellspring was created by two women whose natural approaches to rest, movement, and renewal became the foundation of the space.
Farnaz N. Reneker is our well — the depth, the stillness, the remembrance. Her presence clears what has grown clouded and returns what has been scattered. In her, Wellspring finds its center, the sacred stillness beneath all movement.
Dr. Kelly Waggoner is our spring — the outflow, the breath, the renewal. She brings voice to what the heart feels, turning internal tides into expression and rhythm. In her, Wellspring finds its motion, the breath that keeps the waters alive.
Together, they form the circle that Wellspring is built on: the inhale and the exhale, the well and the spring, the return and the flow.
